Virtual Home Survey

Your schedule is bustling enough, particularly when coordinating a move! Our Virtual Survey option is accommodating to your open dates and times. With the Virtual Survey technology, you will choose a time that works for you. We accommodate evening and weekend options to allow for your busy calendar.

When your scheduled time comes up, your expert consultant will text you a link. To start your video chat with a live Corrigan person. This expertly trained surveyor will evaluate all the things that are moving. They will estimate packing needs and determine any custom crating or other solutions you need. The only thing you need to do is go throughout your home showing every room on your smartphone or tablet camera.

MyUnited Move Planner Portal

The MyUnited Move Planner Portal is your personal assistant to guide you through the relocation process and ensure you are all set when load day comes!

Important to the portal is your customizable checklist. This list includes everything for you to remember to do starting at 2 months prior to your move day. Suggestions include items important for your move – like signing paperwork and setting up payment method. It also covers all the other things that need to get checked off, like transferring medical documents and changing your mailing address. You can check items off as you complete them and also add your own personal to-do items, too.

When you are ready to schedule your move, your documents will be available for you to go over digitally. Check to ensure everything is correct and digitally sign your documents on your MyUnited site. If you decide to pay via credit card, you can input that information, too.

Also, on your MyUnited is your High Value Inventory form. This paperwork must be filled out before we load your belongings. You can choose to fill it out when we are in your home on load day, or you can finish it sooner through the portal.

Digital Inventory

When Corrigan Moving arrives to load your interstate or storage shipment, we write up an inventory of every single piece on our electronic inventory app – Flex. This process is extremely easy for our customers, making sure the move is even smoother.

Your inventory will be made digitally, making it clear to scan and comprehend. Every piece that is loaded onto the truck will get an inventory sticker. The sticker number matches to the record on the inventory paperwork, so everyone is clear about what was loaded.

There are more benefits of the Flex inventory, too. Your driver is able to add pictures to the documentation, making it more precise than ever before. Signatures are simple when signing electronically, reducing the length of time required to complete paperwork. Through these technological advancements, your move will be simpler than ever before.
